Pros

Excited that we were recognized as a top place to work by The Charlotte Observer!

Cons

The company has been in business for almost 20 years, was started on a small farm in ND. Today, it’s grown to 43 employees! Only a small % of companies successfully make the jump from an entrepreneurial organization to become a professionally run organization. There are growing pains, investments to be made, a new set of skills to insure supervisors, managers are giving the best to their teams. It means processes, systems, and growing sales and profits. Being named a Top Place To Work is a great sign of being professionally run, That along with being debt free, Competitive salaries, 100% paid insurance, plus all the other benefits is very rare to see in a small company. It would not be possible without such a great team.

Pros

I love being part of positive change, bringing non-toxic no-kill pest control products to the market. The 1000’s of 5* ratings speak for themselves. I love being part of a team that works hard to get the job done, never letting a customer ( or one another) down. I love being part of a company that believes family is just as important as career, and a company who will help you achieve your personal & professional goals.

Cons

40% growth year over year creates growing pains, and problems that can’t be solved with the same mindset of they were created. Training of supervisors & managers could be more robust to keep up with the growth and skill required, as promotions generally happen from within.
