      * Like most startups, over-promising/over-committing. * Remote working reduces collaboration and team interaction.

      Pros

      Good experience and valuable skills to add to your resume. Great people to work with and there are learning opportunities if you have the willingness to spend time helping in other departments.

      Cons

      The compensation doesn’t match the work and expectations. More money goes to automation than the employees. No sick hours or compensation is provided when we are unable to work at no fault of our own and PTO accrual is really low.
