When I first joined, the company had an inspiring culture and a leadership team that genuinely motivated employees. The best part of my experience was working with incredibly talented and bright colleagues who made each day enjoyable and intellectually stimulating.
Cons
Over time, I noticed a significant decline in the culture and communication from the leadership team. By the time I left, the disconnect between leadership’s vision and the needs of the product development teams became a major obstacle. As a product manager, I felt I was not set up for success. My manager didn’t provide the necessary support, and the lack of clear communication between leadership and the product teams made it challenging to achieve goals effectively.
