Pros
Fun atmosphere, great co-workers, bonuses when you make goal, allows you to have fun and be yourself, very personable management
Cons
You don't get bonuses if the store doesn't make goal, even if you were up for the month Managers hours aren't very flexible and they are required to work every weekend Requires a lot of time and dedication for management, which can be overwhelming at times
