Not much pros to be honest

Pay is rubbish to be honest

The company communicates well and has lots of policies to support us. The staff support is second to none

There is no progression within the service in certain areas. You train, qualify and try to progress but if your face fits then you get on, if you are not in 'the clique' then you get left behind. If I had alternative employment in the NHS, I would not think twice about leaving
