EVERYONE is super nice. Easy to manipulate. If you are looking for growth and learning new skills, this is not the place. If you want to do bare minimum and get away with it, this is the place. There is no structure, and pretty much anyone can boss you around. If you happened to be capable and function at the level an EA should, it's not acceptable. There is an Elite team of EAs who get the perks. Its high school type drama. Too much for me.
