Continuous leadership changes during my time employed.

Pretty cool weekend job to work on the weekends, getting into events and meeting other industry folk was a lot of fun.

There aren't really any cons to the job if you're able to entertain yourself and can make the best out of every interaction. There isn't any growth here, but that comes with the job.
