Company have stupid CEO and wasting money hiring professional to head multiple department but end up CEO not allow them to flex their skill ..and CEO just want "yes boss" staff. And all decision making need to go through him first... Even though we have country manager,HOD. ..but non of that matter .. off decision made without CEO approval ..you ready to kena maki ... And you cannot go far with this company.. and this company is not your family..it never does ..don't try to imagine future with this company..u will regret it . Lol 😂

working remote, flexible time, coworker is ok

I had a negative experience working at this company. The management style, especially from William, felt very harsh and lacked empathy toward employees. Staff can be dismissed very suddenly, which creates a stressful atmosphere. The bonus policy is not very competitive, and the working environment was not positive in my experience. I also feel the company may face layoffs in the future. I would not recommend joining this company based on my experience.
