      Pros

      Pay, benefits, casual office atmosphere, small organization so everyone plays key roles. Can try out new job positions and learn new skills. Lots of training opportunities.

      Cons

      Poor training, Micro-management, Cliques, little room for advancement, there's a fire and hire mentality. When there are closed door meetings with management everyone dreads they're going to be fired for something. Company morale is lower more times than not.

      Thank you for your feedback! We are glad to hear you enjoyed trying out new positions and learning skills in various roles. We do our best to be transparent with the entire company about decisions and updates, but have to respect the privacy of sensitive information and decisions at times with closed doors. We continuously work to improve our training and encourage all employees to receive a minimum of 16 hours a year of outside training to improve and enhance their skills.

      Pros

      Good Benefits. Very nice and friendly coworkers. Health Insurance is low deductible with $20 copay, so out of pocket is minimal. Good PTO and holiday time off.

      Cons

      Smaller company so opportunities for leadership roles are not always available.

      Pros

      -Free tickets to sporting events -Massage therapy once a month -Most of the people are cool except for the owners and some of the management staff. -Hybrid model after 90 days of proving yourself

      Cons

      Toxic environment! If the Bernardo's (owners) don't like you they will find anything to fire you on the spot! No warnings or PIP. They just drop you like a bad habit. No compassion from the COO Ben. He is the worst! Stay far away from this place! You will be underpaid. I wish I could give this company negative stars!
