Pros
Having come from another major FX firm, I can honestly say that the meritocratic philosophy at Ebury offers opportunities of career progression that aren't offered elsewhere. The progression chart is clearly mapped, and if you are willing to put in the work can move from BD to Partner. With the level of investment being placed into the business, the technology behind the scenes and the services that come with that are constantly improving. Setting Ebury apart from the competition, at least certainly in my experience. The atmosphere in the office is that of camaraderie throughout all levels of seniority and upon starting in my position, immediately felt that my opinion was appreciated, and that any suggestions will be acknowledged.
Cons
It is a difficult career and Ebury do have high expectations of staff but this is only a con if you cant work to the standard.
