Pros

Work culture is great. You will make some great contacts who will grow to be your friends. You won't find a strict corporate environment here. People are really approachable. You will learn a lot and can grow yourself in your preferred field.

Cons

Work can be overwhelming at times. Work life balance won't always be great although this aspect is improving now.

Pros

Working at Eccentric as an HRBP has been an incredibly fulfilling journey. What stands out the most is the people-first culture , this is not just something that’s spoken about, but genuinely practiced every day. The leadership is approachable, transparent, and deeply invested in employee growth and well-being. The organization gives HR a true seat at the table, allowing us to drive meaningful initiatives rather than just support functions. There is a strong sense of ownership, trust, and collaboration across teams, which makes even challenging days rewarding. The energy in the workplace is vibrant, and there’s a constant effort to keep employees engaged, motivated, and heard.

Cons

Like any fast-growing organization, things can move quickly, and adapting to change is important. However, this also brings exciting opportunities to learn and grow.

Pros

No significant pros from an artist’s perspective.

Cons

This is honestly one of the worst companies to work for as an artist. Eccentric Engine is a tech-first company, and it clearly shows - creative roles are treated as secondary, with little to no understanding of what artists actually need to do their jobs properly. There is zero real support for artists. No proper systems, no reliable hardware, and no structured pipeline. Working conditions are frustrating, and there is a clear lack of priority given to building a functional environment for creative teams. This directly impacts productivity and the quality of work. Senior team members often don’t even know how to give clear or constructive feedback. While people may appear helpful on the surface, much of it feels performative rather than genuine. Favoritism toward long-term employees is very evident, and if you’re new, your growth and voice don’t really matter. Recognition and opportunities are based more on tenure than merit. If you’re a 3D artist looking for proper tools, support, and fair treatment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
