There is zero structure here. Management has no regard for their employees well being. Getting the product shipped is all they care about. There is no process. Communication could not be worse. No health benefits. No steady review process. No raises. You are expected to work independently with no guidance.

Great people from the rank and file to the middle management. Good location of work. Challenging work. Recognizes promotions.

Top management has no solid structure/system and does not know how to handle people. Usually emotional and not professional. Does not respect cultural differences and sometimes insults employees. No proper motivation, no improvement programs. No good benefits except for the government mandatory benefits and the health insurance.
