If you want to do some things that will have an impact, this is a great place. Small enough to make a difference, but still interested in investment/growth.

Processes are lacking in some areas and roles could be better defined.

Echo is an interesting company to work for. The company has been growing at a fast pace for the last 10 years and so much change has happened in a very short time period. I've seen huge leaps in how Echo does business. Its not perfect but I would recommend it to a friend. Why? Because of the potential. I like my leadership and have a lot of respect for the senior leadership. THey've had to make hard choices and have taken a few blows during the process. Don't believe everything you read on Glassdoor. The COO is actually really smart and a good leader despite what some of these other previous employees are saying. People always want to blame someone and she is the one responsible for a lot of the changes so it makes sense. She's been good to me and I know she cares about the company and wants to make Echo better.

Change is really hard and it seems like the problems from the past are never going to end. It can be frustrating but my manager has a good attitude and I feel supported.
