- very strict leave policy - not allowed to take for more than 5 days. My question is why? In all other companies in this country and abroad, you can take your leaves however you want, but here we have to maintain absurd rules Furthermore, we do not get all public holidays of bangladesh or UK (claims to be a UK based company). Is this even legal to not give all public holidays? And why/how are sick leaves more than casual leaves????? and then during yearly performance evaluation, they measure how many sick leaves an employee took. Then why give more sick leaves in the first place???

They give a lot of facilities. *. Transport * Health Insurance * Lunch, snacks, unlimited Tea/Coffee * Timely Salary * Most importantly a good environment * Festival & Birthday gifts * Flexibility in work from home

* The biggest con here is increment policy. I'm not sure even if the Development Managers understand how it is decided. No matter how hard you work, increment is average flat 10%. I would give echologyx a 5★ review, but to this one major thing, most important thing, company seems blind. * Company still couldn’t get rid of micro management. After Motin & group got fired, employees expected no more micro management, freedom bla bla bla. Harsh reality, micromanagement is still going on. Well, some good thing happened. No more CC camera observation all time, No more eavesdropping. But what good comes if you track hour by hour of employees like Garments worker? * Variety should come up. Yeah, in A/B testing, echologyx is number 1 undoubtedly. It is keeping the company alive. But why not try regular modern tech stacks? * Not sure is it Con, company works in UK time. So keep it in your mind before joining.
