Cons
1) First and foremost, their background is in the garments industry, they, therefore, will treat you like garment workers. 2) The behavior of the development manager is so rude and arrogant that, doesn't know how to respect an engineer. 3) It appears that HR lacks the authority to make any decisions independently, except for saying 'Yes Bhaiya' to the top management. 4) The leave policies are extremely weird; casual leaves are not usually permitted, and for medical leave, a doctor's prescription (must be from an MBBS) is required. 5) Profit sharing seems like a trap; some talented engineers have already fallen victim to it. 6) There is always huge mental torture and they even don't think about your mental health. 7) Nepotism and yes bhaiya, yes bhaiya culture. 8) There is no growth for junior engineers as well as other engineers. 9) Politics between employees(Must be learned it before joining here). 10) Monitored all the time through CCTV cameras. 11) Often, it is claimed that we are like a family, even though the reality is quite different. 12) They mostly don't value the opinions of team members; they only listen to the team manager. 13) Last but not least, they get paid by the minute by the client, similar to garment workers. They will be compensated based on the time you've logged, much like garment workers and their productions.
