High performing team and a company with a good plan - Full Stack Web Developer Echofin Employee Review

I have been working at Echofin for nearly 1 year and a half and it's been an overall positive experience. The daily workflow has been a balanced blend of working together while also taking initiative in our respective fields, as well as having open discussions about which practices and strategies are best to implement in order to improve the company. For me, this has been a great way to learn more about trends in the company's business when I first joined the team. Management is very supportive towards education, always providing a budget for seminars and courses. The office space is super nice, spacious and bright with a dedicated lunch space and we routinely load up on free espresso and snacks.

Being one of the few non-veterans in tech when I joined the company and working with a team of experienced developers, I was initially feeling rather overwhelmed. Looking back, I believe it has been a great opportunity for me to learn hands-on while also feeling the support of the team and management.

Great atmosphere between co-workers in the office, which is modern and beautifully decorated. Management respects the work-life balance and is very flexible. They make you feel appreciated, really. The management is also tech oriented which is a huge plus for me. That means that we can innovate more freely and try different technologies, which is encouraged! The work is challenging and keeps me on my toes. Free coffee, tea and snacks! Overall the management tries to provide a place free of trouble and full of comfort for the employees to work.
