      Work culture is very free with autonomy given to staff to enable delivery of results. Great technology solving a major challenge in the APAC region (water loss/aging water infrastructure)

      Cons

      Limited career progression opportunities without relocating. Expectations on working evenings to align with North American HQ

      Not sure if everyone will get one. I received a nice brand new truck to drive, credit card to pay for gas, water, Gatorade and any tools and supplies I needed. Great experience
