Corporate needs to clean house

I’m leaving a review because I don’t think the current rating truly reflects the organization, and I know how important honest feedback is for candidates—I was in the same position just a few months ago, unsure what to expect. My experience so far has been excellent: • Open, transparent, and supportive environment where you feel valued as part of the team • Strong opportunities for professional growth, including funded courses • Competitive pay (note: contractors don’t receive additional benefits) • A great mix of people that creates a welcoming and collaborative culture • Work-life balance: respected and embedded to the culture

No real cons. As a foundation, it operates a bit differently from the corporations and startups I’ve worked at before, so there was a bit of a learning curve as a newcomer—but I actually found that to be a positive experience.
