Opportunity to sell some of the best technology in the industry. No micro-management, you eat what you kill, get paid for what you sell.
Cons
Virtually no benefits. Employee assumes all the risk, you will pay for your own gas, cell phone, etc. When you do make a sale you might not get paid what you expected or get paid on time. Management does not communicate effectively with each other or the rest of the staff. If you are looking for a "feel good" work environment this is not it.
