      nice working place and friendly atmosphere. Co-founder is very nice person and having positive personality. He gives positive motivation to the employee and encouraging.

      Always have an positive environment.

      Pros

      The company has good relations with it's partners.

      Cons

      Basically, it's a one man company, the one man being the director of the company. No one including senior management is authoritative to take any decisions. Most of the senior people have now quit and the company now run with all members under 5 year work experience.
