      great company for starting out, theres tons to learn, leadership also very understanding with clear direction, ok pay at least above UMR

      Cons

      - depend on TL/PO you get, theres lot of office politics and some PO dont have backbone, so prepare for hefty workload - overtime sometimes - startup

      Beginner friendly, very human, learn a lot

      Since IT Consulting, there are fews overtime necessary. But still you'll get day off as compensation
