In my expirence there has been way to frantizing amongst employees. Friend of friend will get hired starting at a higher payrate then people who have been there serval years.. depending on who you are and not what you know will determine your growth in this company.. for a place I use to love coming to has now revealed itself to be a waste of time. So after years I'm looking else where to where I feel appreciated again.

Most anyone can get work there, albeit through their many Staffing Agencies. Assembly Line usually not to physically demanding depending on your station duties.

Tedious, grueling, demanding, repetitive, multi-task positions, low-pay, raises not expected, favorites in team picks by Lead Operators, management by intimidation, unprofessional treatment when speaking or correction workers. You work , you get paid, no holiday or vacation, since most are revoling door contracted.
