Very strict to in time, but they will force to extend 9 hours timing upto 20 or more hours, They openly say that we only have fix in time but we do not have fix out time. If you have been assigned to a project, They are very desperate to get it done as soon as possible, They will not even give you time to work and think, They will drag you in meetings and continuous followups regarding project completion. They will treat you like labor and scold you badly if manager had fought in home in morning they will loose all that anger on you for no reason.
