The culture is great, everyone gets along really well and people help each other to become and stay successful. The pay structure is great for dealerships in the market as well.
Cons
You have to be willing to put the time and effort into working hard- which isn't really a con you just have to understand that you are only going to get out what you put in when working in a sales environment. The hours can be difficult, as late nights and Saturdays are the times that sales people make the best money.
