Pros
Can't think of anything at the moment
Cons
I wanted to like working here so much, but the pay is quite low for coaching. I make 50 percent more in my other coaching positions. As a contractor, there is little to no help offered after training and throughout the year. There's no communication at what you can expect for clients/hours. And when there was, I was always over promised on hours. I never had more than 5 hours a week and even that was inconsistent. They only paid half our rate for training at the beginning of the year which is below minimum wage in my state. There are SO many tech issues. I spend most of my time waiting for software to load than I do planning for coaching meetings. This company was never great but it's really gone downhill this past year. I would not recommend unless maybe you're looking to get into the field - although you won't learn much on the job as you won't have a mentor and will receive no feedback (like really no feedback - I've had no feedback all year on my coaching despite providing recorded videos of my coaching to management).
