My experience at the company was largely shaped by inconsistent leadership standards across departments. In several teams, long working hours were normalised to the point where staying late was expected rather than occasional, making work-life balance extremely difficult and unsustainable over time.
At the senior level, I also encountered workplace behaviour that I found unprofessional, including sexually suggestive and inappropriate jokes made in professional settings, which contributed to an uncomfortable work environment.
Compensation benefits were another weak point, with medical coverage being notably below industry expectations and insufficient relative to employee needs.
