Pros
The job itself is easy and not that bad. Ive met a few great people there and its a paycheck.
Cons
Upper management is a joke. They dont care about the review floor employees. Theres constant tattling like we are in grade school. Theres a clique between management, supervisor, and hr so if you make a complaint there is guaranteed retaliation. A supervisor can have an inappropriate relationship with an insubordinate and there be evidence of and nothing be done however the person that brings it to HRs attention will be fired and then management announced that that employee was fired. Its very disrespectful and unprofessional. New hires come in making more than people that have been there years if you make rate and have 0 errors you get no recognition you just get crap for everyone else not being able to keep up. DRAMA GALORE! Its ridiculous, you get told on for talking....yes talking. You have to change your time tracker to let them know when and how many times and how long you went to the bathroom and if you go too many times a day you need to bring a doctors note. The insurance is a joke. I mean its literally the WORST insurance i have EVER seen. EVER! It wasnt always this bad. There was a change in management and the lady that took over from the previous manager (she got promoted) has no idea what she is doing and doesnt care about anyone except herself. If the CEO says to fire 4 people instead of trying to find another solution she just gives him 4 people. You are constantly walking on egg shells and never know if you are on the chopping block. Its a bad feeling to have especially when you have a family depending on you. Basically dont work here.
