My time at this company was characterized by promises of better pay and advancement opportunities that never materialized. Despite consistently delivering high quality work and exceeding expectations, I was held at a minimum wage salary for far too long.
The company would dangle the promise of raises and promotions in front of me, but they never came to fruition. I felt like my skills and dedication were being taken advantage of, as I was not being compensated fairly for the work that I was producing.
The lack of transparency and honesty from upper management was disheartening and ultimately led me to seek out better opportunities elsewhere. It became clear that the company was more interested in retaining talent at a low cost rather than rewarding and investing in their employees.
Overall, I would caution anyone considering employment at this company to be wary of false promises and take any assurances of advancement with a grain of salt. It was a disappointing experience and one that I am glad to have moved on from.
