They struggle to fill vacancies and as a result hire a lot of people who aren’t talented. They then expect more skilled CSAs to be available to answer questions that are always coming from the same people. On a busy client day, it’s annoying to serve as an internal help desk.
Salary could be higher but asking for raises isn’t an option right now since we’re owned by private equity and trying to grow.
No real room for upward mobility unless you want to be a financial planner.
