      401k plan w/ 5% match for employees 21+ mostly nice customers yearly scholarship fairly consistent scheduling generally easy to request off days in advance

      Cons

      short shifts (usually ~4hr) sometimes hard to get scheduled on the days you want/ the number of days you want
