Besides the usual of paperwork, I can't think of any.

Small company so you are not lost in the sea of people. As an individual contributor you can make an impact on the organization. Great place for self starters as you are not micromanaged. Both management and fellow employees care and take an interest in each other. The company culture is fantastic very much feels like a family. Lots of flexibility with regards to time off / vacation. Opportunity to get exposure to a lot of different technologies and ideas. The company invests into training for their employees.

Not really much to mention with regards to cons. Over the years the benefits weren't the best however in the last year or so the benefits have improved. They are certainly punching above their weight with regards to what they offer versus the size of the organization.
