5yThank you for sharing your feedback on our company. Our leaders strive to create a positive and collaborative work environment for all employees. Should any employees have any concerns about their employment at Edison Energy, we invite all employees to open up the dialogue with their Supervisor, HR or our CEO. If and when an employee makes contact with HR and/or the Leadership team to address their concerns, we promptly address them. Continuous improvement is part of our company values and our leadership and employees are held to these standards. Furthermore, we have goals and metrics as part of our overall company compensation strategy for which we hold our teams accountable and our leaders provide frequent communication around this information.
