Pros
Working at The London EDITION has been a really positive experience. The environment is professional but creative, the team is supportive, and there are great opportunities to grow within Marriott. I also appreciated the staff benefits and the chance to work in such a high-end luxury hotel with an international atmosphere. Fast-paced at times, because apparently rich people all need cocktails simultaneously, but very rewarding overall.

Working at The London EDITION can sometimes be challenging because the environment is extremely fast-paced and demanding, especially during busy periods. Shifts can be long and tiring, work-life balance is not always ideal, and the pressure to maintain luxury service standards can feel intense. Communication between departments could also be improved at times. Hospitality: where everyone pays to relax except the staff.
