Pros

Some of the people you meet along the way are fantastic You can build a great career if you're the right fit You can get high profit share in the right circumstances Regular salary increase Company car

Cons

Honestly a huge culture of harassment and bullying that gets totally ignored. It's a total boys club and the company needs to address the issues that comes from this urgently. I've always worked in customer service but some of the customers in this industry are like nothing I've ever experienced before - down right abusive and management will always side with them. Nothing you do will ever be enough and constant pressure is always being put on you to work more hours and hit higher numbers - totally at the expense of any staff morale and anybody having a work-life balance Very infantile systems and procedures that other company's were using in the 90s. Given they are trying to implement new systems but this is in a very weird dictatorial way and is undermining the whole "profit centres work like an individual business" model Profit share is decided only by your manager with no sort of tangible method of measuring such as proportion of salary, KPIs and results etc, it's purely whatever they feel like - if your manager doesn't like you you're screwed Yes there's no denying you can earn a lot of money but this came at the expense of my work life balance and made me so miserable, hence why I left. Maybe certain people would thrive but I know when I left many were also at breaking point

Pros

Profit share Overall a good company

Cons

Multiple managers no clue Regional support negligible pcm always supported Multiple jobs absorbed no recognition Wages low in comparison to other wholesalers No yearly wage rise no review Having to ask for a wage review isn't always appreciated Being the one person that knows most does the most trains everybody stands by the spi's and health and safety At the end you are no more no less than what you're contract says. Do not take up any more jobs positions with out a new contract and wage scale Don't beguiled by the promise of profit share you only get what the pcm wants to give.

Pros

You can get a Company car quite early

Cons

Graduate training scheme is mostly a lie there is not set pipeline to management so your training is purely luck based on if you are input in a bigger branch and are allowed to stay there Achieved double my target and was told my bonus would be less than last year due to "unforeseen costs"
