Harassment, bullying, poor management - Graduate Commercial Trainee Edmundson Electrical Employee Review

Thank you for your review which makes very disappointing reading. Your poor treatment and experiences described in your review are completely unacceptable and I would like to try and assure you that it is most definitely not the conduct the company expects from its employees. It falls well below the high standards we set and is not tolerated. I have spoken to the Regional Director responsible for the branch where you were based and understand that you raised a grievance at the time which was duly upheld, resulting in disciplinary action being taken against the employee in question. I am sorry that this experience resulted in you deciding to leave the company as we are company that prides itself on its professionalism, high standards, values and above all how it treats its employees. It's also unfortunate that your experiences have resulted in you forming a negative impression of our graduate scheme as we have been running it for more than a decade and have recruited hundreds of graduates during that time - many of whom have gone on to have great careers with the company.
