There aren’t two people in the entire company (Auburn Hills location) working towards the same goal. There is constant fighting between departments with everyone looking out for themselves and stabbing people in the back. Anytime something goes wrong everyone automatically blames Quality. They don’t bother to do the proper research into a root cause. Quality management is a joke. They might understand Quality, but have no idea how to manage. All things are handled reactively rather than proactively. They have a bunch of Monday morning quarterbacks running the show saying “I would have done it this way” or “you should have done it that way “ instead of giving guidance as to how they like things done in the first place. Each department only looks out for themselves. Quality, materials, manufacturing, engineering all work for their own recognition which is why this location is bleeding money. They will never be successful with the leadership they have. Too many hardworking people have been forced out while the fools run the show.
