      Pros

      Ability to build teams from the ground up; Ability to have a work from away team.

      Cons

      Cultural issues - PR vs. Americans; Employees resistance to change--many employees in PR have been there for over 20 years and still have the mentally of a moma's/pop's shop. No Operations department-- lack of business processes, accountability and sense of urgency. Top management lacks understanding of the businesses they are heading. Business immaturity, including HR.

      Pros

      Exposure to multiple departments and hierarchy levels, great challenges that force you to grow quickly. Despite the challenges in the industry and in Puerto Rico, company is poised for growth in the years to come.

      Cons

      Unorganized, no planning and/or structure on multiple levels. Overworked, long hours, no recognition, no raises.
