      I guess if you need a job, take it until you find something else

      Company is not a legit run company. Executives are not qualified for their positions, but merely friends / family of the owner. Owner is sleezy and only cares about himself and not his staff....no employee engagement

      Pros

      private, listen to music, paid cash, slow times are more than busy times

      Cons

      12 hour days, at times can be stressful since you are only one doing anything except dishwasher, owner is a hot head who sits in his backroom smoking all day and he has got in a physical fight because of he takes his problems out on his only employee, felt unsafe at times, and was given no tax 1099 since it was more a contract job
