6yThis particular employee felt his job was to undermine management. If you are so disgruntled, why stay for 3 years? The reality is this employee openly argued with other employees, loudly, and is the most negative human being I've ever employed. I was not responsible for hiring him and found him to be almost impossible to manage. He is a negative person and I try hard to surround myself with positive people. The sky is always falling with him. NOTE: There has NEVER been a single OSHA case against this company, that is a blatant lie. Nor is there any "unsafe" behavior. There are no "mind games"...if you are not good at your job, it is true, you will not advance. The fact we have been at maximum production levels for several years now attests to the fact that we strive for excellence at all levels. We have numerous employees that have stayed with us for more than 12 years; including some that joined us as interns while still in college. And yes, we do tend to act "Silicon valley-ish" as both founders grew up there and our famous customers operate there. He fails to acknowledge the fact that the Upper Management is the same people that created the company from scratch, then won numerous FAST 50 awards plus an INC. 5000 designation for Fast Growth. But, we're "holding the company back" LOL We've become the world's #1 brand for Product Safety Test Equipment because we are in fact a great company to work for.
