Pros
What I enjoy most about the EEF is that all people working here, from my team as well as other teams are very carefully selected to be people who care, very responsible people who want to make a positive change. Work politics is minimal and I have to say that it is due to the management and the people in the leading positions who have massively contributed to this by setting a good example and being grounded and approachable.
Cons
There is a LOT of work. This is too common in similar organisations and positions. Although everyone is doing their ultimate best, due to the significant workload aspects of the work that may not be directly linked to the day-to-day workload may get neglected (e.g. lime management, creating research initiatives, etc)
