Pros

benefits, ability to move up if your willing to transfer or move around a lot, yearly raises(though small).

Cons

every year they add more to your work load and find ways to take more money from you at the same time. such as last year they lowered the benchmark as for what is an emergency thus increasing the volume of calls while decreasing the payment increments from at least 30min a call to 15min. Now they are forcing G-5 employees to pay pet rent (250$ + 20$ per animal a month) and forcing them to pay 20$ a check to have their uniforms cleaned, and Edward rose cable is no longer free. Office employees must now also spend over 1000$ a year of their own money on certain cooperate approved cloths while only allowing you to use their vendor which pays them for this, all while making you turn in your receipts so they can write it off on their taxes.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the fact that you have been a team member for over three years and as such, you are well aware of the changes we have been going through during your tenure. Unfortunately with change comes discomfort at times. We recognize there are improvements needed with communication between the corporate office and our site locations. This is clearly demonstrated by the fact that several of the cons listed above simply are not factual. We’d be happy to address any specific concerns you have and provide clarification so you will not continue to be misinformed. Please contact Kathryn Morris at (248) 686-5500.

Pros

Benefits and pay are reasonably good.

Cons

Very old-fashioned work environment with a restrictive dress code. New rules for prospect follow-up make the position feel more like telemarketing. Expectations have become increasingly unrealistic from the start. Managers are chaotic and often can’t be found when needed. Leasing staff are also required to work alone on weekends which feels unsafe.
