Pros
The company does good work. There was a good sense of community support and volunteer opportunities made available to the full-time staff.
Cons
The relationship with the staffing company, and having so many contract/temporary workers created some tension. Contract employees weren't allowed to take part in some of the broader company activities like volunteering options.
