      There r no pros u can learn there more like a school & u wil get nothing in return

      Cons

      Most of the time they looking fr excuses to deduct ur salary ,no bank holidays & they confiscate ur mark sheet or want to take 1 month salary .hidden part given in contract to work for 2 years with them
