Pathetic environment. Calling is the only main task with a horrible database. Management is just waiting for an opportunity to deduct salaries. humanity just doesn't exist. Old employees goof for nothing get higher numbers just because people refer them. So new employees cant get numbers as references arent transferred. All in all the policies are pathetic. ZERO employee benefits. Inspite of providing medical certificate/ dr letters, a huge amount of salary was deducted as leaves were taken in notice period. Managers do not know how to talk with juniors. Personal issues and mood swings hamper the office environment. All branch mangers are rude and pathetic. they took to other staff as if we are there slaves. they have internal fights and quarrels.
