Zero Morals - Anonymous employee EffectiveSoft Employee Review

Left a job for this position only to find out in the first week that the company was doing poorly. Layoffs came in week two, which was a pretty scary way to start a new role. My team was laid off a couple of months later. No severance package because they don't care. EffectiveSoft is disorganized at best and cruel at worst.
