An amazing commitment to their environmental impact. Easy employees to work with. Previous MD worked hard to turn the business around and protect all employees. Previous MD had a clear vision to progress in the UK market share while also putting value on the employees as people.
Cons
MD disgracefully dismissed after guiding the company through the pandemic. After this, the management could not fully understand the needs of each department. There was also real attempt to relieve pressure on overloaded departments. After a meeting with the new MD where I was asked how I wanted to progress and explaining in detail my ambition it was ignored until my notice was in, where they offered to give me the role I wanted which had a lot more responsibilty for no extra pay.
