Pros
Very good training, from no experience I was trained to a cake decorator in a month. You are taught valuable skills if you want to work in this industry and are able to master these skills very quickly.
Cons
Low pay at the time i was working at CakeBox, only 30 minute lunch break and most times there was only one chair to sit during your break so a lot of the times you had to take lunch whilst sitting on the floor. No windows in the kitchen where you spend 8+ hours working everyday,
