      Pros

      At the time I was there, the corporate culture was really fun, fast moving, dynamic. This was an environment where hardwork and tenacity yielded real results for your pay this month, and your career longer term

      Cons

      Run by engineers and bean counters. Sales not growing fast enough ? Fire all the sales people, and start over, while limping along with some home-baked CRM system which the CEO's best friend looked after/regarded as his pension fund. Perfect illustration of why engineers and accountants need aggressive sales people to move from an also ran to a winning company (see Dropbox, Box)

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
