      - Incredible benefits - Fun Culture - Supportive leadership that cares about career development and how they can support you to get to the next step. - Supportive team members. (It's rare to find a company where you mesh and work well with your colleagues. It's important to build those relationships, and Egnyte strives for inclusivity).

      Cons

      The headquarters office can use a spruce up to create a much more fresh and inviting feel for the employees.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
