      Pros

      - good workplace culture - interesting technical problems - breakfast foods available in micro kitchen - relaxed culture (employees bring board games to office, kitchen has beer) - HR supports office clubs (runners have jerseys, plans to sponsor cycling jerseys for new bike club) and fun activities - unlimited PTO (actually fairly reasonable)

      Cons

      - meal credit works out to only 2.5 free lunches per week - very few work holidays - limited stock options - no 401(k) match

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
